At no time shall Dog Beds Galore be held liable for any damages whatsoever originating from, or in any way associated with, the use of products available from this website. The placement of an order from this website is an acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy.
Payment
Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. An SSL certificate encrypts credit card information to ensure safe processing of your payment details.
A GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 10% applies to all purchases within Australia and has been included in the purchase price. This tax does not apply to international orders.
Limited Designer Collection
You understand that by purchasing a dog bed which is part of the Limited Designer Collection, your selection may not be available, as supplies of this limited stock can be sold out at any time. In this situation, we will contact you and offer you the choice to cancel your order with a full refund or alternatively choose another dog bed from our online store and pay the additional amount necessary or we will refund the difference, whichever situation applies.
Back Order Policy
If Dog Beds Galore receive an order for a dog bed which cannot immediately be dispatched or is out of stock, we will contact you with an indication of the likely waiting time for the dog bed you ordered. You will then have the choice to cancel your order with a full refund, or alternatively have the dog bed dispatched when it becomes available.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order you will need to contact us immediately. Cancellations will only be possible where the dog bed has not been dispatched. A cancellation fee may apply.
Shipping
Domestic Australian shipping costs will be quoted during the secure online purchasing process, on the page after you enter your address and postcode. You still have the opportunity to abort the sales process after viewing the shipping costs.
The Original Dog Bed, Super Deluxe Dog Bed and FleaProofer Dog Bed are all sold assembled. For this reason the shipping costs can be expensive. An alternative option for those customers looking for a Raised Dog Bed is the Flea Free Dog Bed, pictured below, which is sold flat packed to reduce shipping costs.
Your new dog bed is normally dispatched from the warehouse within 2-3 working days, however delivery will vary from 1-14 days depending on your location.
For international orders, the delivery timeline will depend on the destination, however please allow approximately 20 working days delivery. Please note all prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), which does not apply to international orders. The prices quoted on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.
Please note that all dog beds can only be delivered to a street address and delivery to Post Office Boxes is not possible.
If no shipping costs are included during the ordering process, you will be contacted with a shipping quote for the order you placed and asked to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order.
Refund Policy
In the event you receive damaged or faulty goods, contact us immediately and attach photos of the damage. Please detail in your email, the date of purchase, product name and your contact details. Once received the photos, the damage will be assessed and we'll contact you immediately to discuss next steps.
Please note that credit returns or exchanges may be subject to a handling and repackaging fee of up to 20% and will only be accepted within 7 days of puchase.
If you ordered the incorrect product, size or wish to make an exchange for any other reason please contact us within 7 days. Additional freight costs and a handling fee of $25 will apply. Please also note that the returned product must be received in the original packaging and be in resalable condition to qualify for a credit or exchange.
FREE Repair Service
A FREE Repair Service is available for all Snooza Dog Beds, and the dog beds qualifying for this service have been identified in the product description pages.
To utilise this service you agree to the following conditions:
- Photos must be emailed in advance to assess if the dog bed can be repaired
- Dog beds must be washed and dried before returning for repair
- You are responsible for the cost of postage in both directions
- Materials, if required, will be charged at minimal cost
